The following are sample projects I’ve completed. They demonstrate the type of custom solutions I can provide. Each design can be adjusted, expanded, or re-built to match your system. All items are made to order.
Parking Garage Traffic Light Systems
Custom traffic light modules designed for parking garages and ramps. Supports two-way and three-way traffic flow with programmable light sequences. Uses red, green, and yellow LED lights for clear
visibility and reliable operation. Customized any way you need — sequences, wiring, and layout built to match your site.
Monitored Photocell with Dry Contact
Connects to an existing monitored photocell input. When the beam is broken, this board triggers a relay with dry contacts — perfect for switching lights, alarms, or other automation devices.
Custom Quick Close
Programmable automatic close module designed for tailored sequences. It can be set to respond only to specific inputs, such as loop detectors followed by a photocell, a photocell followed by an exit
loop, or conditions like “close only when door is fully open” or “close only on remote command (not push button).”
Custom Run Timers
Programmable timer module that automatically learns the door’s travel time between limits. Features a learn button for
setup, relay output for stop connection, and LED indicators for clear status feedback.
Automatic Slide Locks
Locking system that engages automatically when the door is fully closed and unlocks when an open command is activated. The slide lock can be mounted directly onto the panel or onto the tracks, securing the door without manual operation.
Remote Control Sequencer
Module that allows an existing single-button remote to control a commercial door system with full functionality. Each press of the remote can be sequenced to open, stop, close, or reverse the door.
Customized any way you need — logic and timing can be set up to match your system.
Halfway Switches
Custom switch module that allows a garage door to stop at a programmed midway position. Useful for partial openings where full
travel isn’t needed, such as ventilation or limited access.
Photocell Bypass Module (For Troubleshooting Only)
Temporary bypass module that connects directly to the operator logic board to isolate monitored photocell faults. Remove the photocells and attach this module to determine whether the issue is with the photocells or the control board. For diagnostic use only — not intended as a permanent replacement.
Door Interlock Systems
Interlock system designed for controlled environments where only one door can be open at a time. Supports two or more doors with custom logic programmed to fit any situation, ensuring safety, security, and traffic control.
Wireless Push Button
Open/close/stop push button station designed for locations where running wiring isn’t possible. Provides reliable wireless control of the door system without the need for conduit or cabling.
Custom Voice Alert Module
Speaker module equipped with customizable audio warnings. Can play alarm tones, soft chimes, or pre-recorded human voice messages such as “door is closing” or a countdown sequence. Helps improve safety by providing clear, audible alerts in any environment.
Warning Lights
LED strip lights, amber strobes, or custom lighting setups for door and access applications. Ideal for providing clear visual alerts during operation.
